Q: How do I switch the website language between Chinese and English?
A: Please click the 'convert language' button on the top right corner of the page.

Q: How do I add a username?
A: Please submit the corresponding user information and email address. The administrator will process your application.

Q: How do I change the password?
A: Please modify your password on the personal account management page.

Q: How do I to filter by color?
A: Click the corresponding color icon in the search interface to filter the color.

Q: How do I choose a product?
A: Product category screening based on product catalog.

Q: The picture is too small. Could I zoom in to see the details?
A: Move the cursor to the product image and slide the mouse wheel to zoom in and out

Q: How long does it take for the product sample to be shipped?
A: About two business days after receiving the order.

Q: What is the maximum number of product samples I can order?
A: You may order up to 2 samples per product (excluding patch).
    For the patches, you may order 1 sample per product.

Q: Will I be charged for ordering samples?
A: No need.

Q: Can I directly place the sample or bulk order exactly same as the item I selected?
A: This service is not available yet. If you need to place an order, please contact the corresponding salesperson.

Q: Can we know if a sample is run out of stock in e-library for sample request?
A: A notification of samples running low will be prompted on the page.

Q: The keywords produce no search results.  What should I do?
A: You can search again using similar keywords, or filter product categories directly in the product catalog.

Q: If there is a problem, how do I contact the staff?
A: Please submit your questions via the contact form at the bottom of the web page.  We will get back to you as soon as possible upon receiving them.

Q: What are the popular keywords on the product page?
A: The user can search for the corresponding product by searching for the keyword or directly clicking the keyword.

Q: Some information seems to be missing from the product description.
A: E-library will be updated regularly to contain more product information.

Q: How do I check the order status after submitting my order?
A: After submitting an order, you will receive an automatic order summary email. You can also check the order status in the user account management interface.
